Is braiding hair provided?
Yes! Standard pre-stretched hair (Colors 1, 1B,) is included. For custom colors, you'll need to provide for yourself.
How should I prep my hair?
You have options! You can arrive pre-washed (fully detangled and blown out), or we can provide a professional wash for an additional $20. For specialty washes, please contact us before booking to ensure we allocate the extra time.
What is the late policy?
15-minute grace period. After that, a $20 fee applies. 30 mins late results in cancellation and a forfeited deposit.
Do you do squeeze-ins?
